With a view to ensuring participation of students in quality  improvement and decision- making task, the Students’  Union is  formed  annually after the completion of admissions. Office- bearers   of   the Students’ Union are elected on the direct election basis. Each  student of the college is part of the electorate.  Election is  conducted as  per recommendations of   the Lingdoh Committee and  the manual of H.N.B.Garhwal University, Srinagar. Currently, Dr Charan Singh of the department of English is in charge of the Students union and related affairs.
