Defence and strategic studies is the discipline which covers all strategic as well as domestic issues that influences the security of defense of the country. The course study helps the students to understand adequate military education basically in its historical as well as geographical areas. The department was established 1996, at present department is working at undergraduate level, and there is one assistant professor, who is continuously contributing in teaching, research and other academic activities like seminars, workshops and conferences
